The villa occupies 2 floors with 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. There is also separate studio (bungalow) with additional bedroom and a bathroom, available on request together with the villa It is located 50 meters from the main building with a nice passage through the garden. It is fitted with 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, comfortable for 12 people. What is prevalent in this villa is undoubtedly the interior waterfall which adds an exotic feeling to the house! Huge window doors leading to large verandas, as well as blue finishes that harmoniously intertwine with the other elements of the house, bring the sea and Greek motifs to all the interior spaces. Outside there is an enormous 10m x 4m pool with a tanning ledge, endless landscaped gardens, and lounging areas as well as a fully operational stone barbecue area.

On the first floor there is the main entrance leading to the open plan kitchen, a big dining area and a living room. The kitchen is fully equipped with cutting edge appliances (oven; dishwasher; kettle; coffee machine; induction cooker; fridge & freezer; beverage refrigerator; microwave; toaster; mixer). In a large dining room there is a big oak dining table and a beautiful old Greek sideboards. It is connected with the living room with big comfortable sofa and armchair, Smart TV set with Netflix. There is also a bathroom with a shower and a laundry with a storage room. The whole floor is surrounded by the balconies and terrasses with the place to sit, relax and enjoy the undisturbed and clear view to the sea, pool area and the beautiful garden.
On the ground floor there are 4 spacious bedrooms, each in a different style but in keeping with the blue theme of the house, with a flat-screen, satellite TV each. Three bedrooms have direct access to the sun terrace and swimming pool area, and one has access to the garden with a view on the palm trees. Details about the bedrooms and bathrooms on the ground floor:1. Master bedroom - with the double bed, the large wardrobe, and the direct access on the pool area and the view on the garden and the see. The bathroom bathtub and a shower, toilet, and hairdryer. 2. Bedrooms 2 and 3 - with the direct access on the pool area and the view on the garden and the see. One has a double bed, and another has a twin bed that can be combined into a comfortable double bed. They have the shared bathroom with the shower, toilet, and hairdryer. 3. Bedroom 4 - with the double bed, big sofa and the bathroom with a shower, toilet, and hairdryer. It has with the direct access to the garden with a view on the palms. What dominates this level is the internal waterfall, which adds an exotic character to the house!
There is one bathroom with the shower on the first floor, attached to the living room. There are also 3 bathrooms on the ground floor. The master bathroom has both a bathtub and a shower, toilet, and hairdryer. There is a shower, toilet and hairdryer in the second and the third bathroom, and the latter is shared by 2 bedrooms.
On request, a studio is also available for rent, located 50 m from the main building. The studio has 1 bedroom with a double bed, bathroom with shower, and a fully equipped kitchen (fridge & freezer; dishwasher; kettle; coffee machine; induction cooker; toaster). There is a big terrace with sunbeds and beautiful view to the sea, the beaches, and the lights of Rethymno at night.

"The place is very nice, wonderful bedrooms, love the view. we were not able to use the outside because of little bugs outside, but it’s not their fault those little bugs are all over the isla but more there because of locations. so i think it should be disclosed. but actually was good because we were out all the time, and the host was amazing. He helped us with reservations, guiding us, and those actions cover more than enough for the bugs … 🙂. thank you very much"

From th emoment we arrived, Chrisa and team were perfect hosts, helping arrange everything from wheelchairs for my elderly father, to baby equipment for our young son. Chrisa provided us with excellent restaurant and beach recommendations and was always quick to respond to any questions we had. The house was spotless and truly luxurious. Such a spectacular view and setting. I’d thoroughly recommended arranging a visit !"

"Our stay with 7 friends was absolutely fabulous! We were warmly welcomed by Marianna who showed us around and explained the essentials. The villa as such is as described: super modern, spotless clean un up to the latest accommodation standards. The kitchen is modern and well equipped, and so is the living room with tits large TV. The outside area with pool, couches and BBQ are great to spend the day overviewing the ocean while sipping a drink. We can recommend Roman’s place without hesitation and would come back anytime again! Thank you very much for making our stay unforgettable!"

"We just stayed 11 night in the Blue Skyline villa and there is just 1 word to describe both villa and location : amazing. The moment the gate of villa opens and you see both the villa and the view you are in immediate holiday made. The villa itself is well designed, living room and kitchen are good spaces, bed and bathrooms are great as well. Interior design is modern and convenient. Important to mention is the airconditioning and WiFi. Air conditioning units are present in all areas and are functioning perfect and ensure comfortable temperature in all rooms at all times. WiFi also works perfect both in and outside the villa. Outside are, pool and garden perfect, view from the pool is amazing and other areas in the garden are nice to sit and relax and enjoy a glass of wine. Shops and restaurants in the area are 5-10 minutes drive so you have everything you would need close by. Larger beach towns just a 15-20 minute drive and definitely worthwhile to go to."

"We had extremely high expectations of the villa and location and we were not disappointed at all. We had thoroughly researched the villa’s surroundings area beferehand so the remoteness did not come as a surprise, in fact it added a special something to our stay. The peace and quiet made gazing over the expansive scenery from either pool side, garden seating area or the will’s balconies, one of the many highlights of our holiday. The villa is exactly as shown in the photographs and has every comfort you’d expect for a property of this caliber. Marianna, our host went far beyond what we expected of herand what we’ve experienced before. Her thorough, in depth local knowledge proved extremely helpful to us and her recommendations were excellent."

"Great Hollywood-style space, though fainly deceptive in terms of location, which looks to be only mile or two from Crete’s longest beach as the crow files. But this direct route is inaccessible in practice. Georgopoli is infact a fifteen to twenty minute drive away."
